"Room was good, disappointed with 2 single beds instead of queen/king bed. Think you should have more English TV channels, at the moment it's just CNN. BBC Nordic would be good as well as BBC News. Breakfast was good, but could have done with some veggie sausages or hash browns. Staff were friendly. Room was clean."

"Breakfast buffet is amazing- incredible selection of foods, all fresh and freshly prepared. Plus one can buy a box and fill it up for lunch or afters. "

"Basic room, comfortable, bathroom is small. Free breakfast is very ample. Hand/body lotion in the bathroom should be included but there's none. Reasonably priced hotel for being in the downtown area of Oslo."

The hotel also provides great breakfast with lots of options and is within walking distance to the train station."

"Ok, SmartHotel was good and would recommend. They are currently doing some repairs in the hallways but once that’s done it will be better. Mini rooms are tight but perfect for a back packer, two suit cases not so much. Recommend you sign up through the SmartHotel website which gets you free breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I think they were the best part of the Hotel."
