"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"Minor communication issues with check-in, as I wasn't sure where the lock box with the key was located at first. Otherwise, the location was great and the actual apartment was very clean and pleasant. Couldn't locate a remote in the unit to adjust A/C settings, but the temperature was okay, and that wasn't a big deal for me. Nice kitchen space and it had a small washing machine for laundry."
