Location was great, the staff could be friendlier and more welcoming. This hotel has so much potential just simply cleaning it would give it a 5 star ie the carpets and high touch surfaces, the pool was great!

Some staff where friendly and welcoming, some not so much, At a quick glance seems clean, but if you start to really look, it’s a rabbit hole you don’t want to go down while you’re staying there. A decent cheap stay, if you don’t expect too much. Breakfast was simple and good.

The staff didn’t help at all when I told them the shower head was leaking and wouldn’t turn off. The noise bothered me all night the room wasn’t cleaned well at all. Only decent thing was the breakfast.

The rooms are a little rundown but clean. Mine had a bedroom and small living room. The pool was nice, but no hot tub. Not very close to food options but the items they had for sale were good enough. Close to the AJAX Go Train, so easy to get back to Toronto.

The included morning breakfast was one of the best highlights of the stay, especially for a budget-hotel. The food was great, and included a waffle-maker which is rare but appreciated. The staff was very helpful and answered all our requested needs. The kids enjoyed the pool. The room was decent, again just right for a budget/business hotel.
