The staff were so nice. The pool and hot tub were out of service and that was the only reason we were staying at the hotel so the staff upgraded our room so we had a jetted tub in our room and it was fantastic.

The hotel is definitely in need of renovation. Furniture, carpets, draperies all in need of replacement. The pool was out of service. Their employees were all wonderful. Lucy in the breakfasr room, the maintenance gentlemen from Dominican *sorry don't remember his name, and everyone on the front desk deserve 5 stars. Due to the condition of the rooms I probably would not book here again.

The room was clean, but the hallways smell like smoke. The hot tub is not hot. The pool was fun and we had an overall good time. Breakfast was great and the staff were really kind. The building is a lot more broken down and older than the pictures show.
