Van der Valk Hotels in Osdorp from NZ$176

There was a flyer in the room with the usual dos and don'ts. There was a small line "if you want help ask" believe me we wanted some help and staff/management without hesitation helped us out. The location of the hotel too is excellent.

The service and property were very good. Check in very good. Would stay there again.

Staff was amazing and supportive. Food was great

Staff were amazing helpful & friendly even when checking in at 1am. Beautiful hotel & amenities Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Can’t fault this hotel at all. Have a shuttle 5€ which is great Taxi or Uber will cost you 20€ Highly recommend

Airport shuttle service to the hotel and airport. Hotel modern and welcoming. Friendly reception. Restaurant and cafe on premises. Gift shop open 7 to 22:00. Reasonable prices.

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed this hotel. It is next to all forms of transport, easy to reach the centre and many other locations. The room was spacious and well maintained with a well-eqipped kitchen. The hotel has laundry facilities for long stay clients. The staff were terrific, friendly and responsive and even helped me with my Dutch language lessons. Particularly Jamie, Ric, Lisa and Puck in Reception and Soroya who looked after our room. All were very helpful and friendly. Highly...

Overall decent accommodation during our brief one night stopover in Amsterdam. We booked two rooms and one of the room’s sink was clogged and smelled bad. Hotel manager later provided another room.

Great large apartment well equipped (Just no microwave). Friendly staff. Onsite (pay) parking. Good restaurants and minimart nearby, easy train to Amsterdam Central.

The staff were extremely helpful
