Fantastic hotel - book it!

Absolutely loved our stay. Easily the best hotel of the trip. Kind host and loved the welcome note and grateful for the Mariokart for kids and the beautiful outdoor bath. Excellent location close to great food.

A beautifully designed apartment with high quality fitments and very comfortable. In a quiet area and only a short walk to the lively riverside of Osaka. Great communication and easy instructions from the owners. Mika who helped us checkin was friendly and professional.

I had a great communications with the person in charge of welcoming us, however once we settled in the place, we started to see how filthy the place is. There was used ear swab on the dusty widow sash, and the general space around the kitchen was just not updated and grimy. The stack of garbage pale was so dirty. And to top it off, there was a cockroach appearance. We tried to catch it but it disappeared under the door in bedroom. I think this was more of management problem rather than the crew. They need to update the place!!

Very good experience in Dotonbori area

this appartement was very good, with all furnitures and accessories. the small terrace was amazing and we took a hot bath a everyday (like we were in Onsen). The location is a top and we were at 2 steps from Dotonbori street and Kuromon Market and 10 min walk t odenden Town. The tube station was 2min walk as well

가족여행 최적화 사이즈와 위치

보톤보리 너무 가까운 위치에 난바워크 등을 통한 남바역 접근도 유용합니다. 8명 가족 여행에 너무 좋은곳이고, 단점은 화장실이 하나 뿐이라는 점입니다.(아파트 형태라 로비 공용 화장실 등 없음) 담당자 너무 친절하시고, 10시 체크아웃인데 1층에 가방 모두 보관해주십니다. 웰컴 기프트 등도 너무 감사합니다.

最高の宿！2点だけちょっと残念

部屋も清潔で場所も便利なところにあり良かったのですが、2点残念な点がありました。こちらが改善されると完璧な宿だと思います 1.寝室にカーテンが無く、朝明るい 2.おしゃれな椅子でなくソファーだったらモットくつろげて完璧です

Superbe experience

Un peu compliqué à trouver car bien caché entre 2 immeubles. Bel accueil de la part de l’hôte qui nous apporte le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain matin. Il nous explique tout le fonctionnement de l’appartement. Il y a même des recommandations d’activités disponible sur un livret. Vraiment agréablement surpris, et le prix est raisonnable pour la qualité de service. La localisation est bonne dans le sens où nous sommes très proche de dotombori, le quartier est entouré de shop +18 mais bon, c’est osaka:) je reviendrais avec grand plaisir dans ce magnifique endroit. Je le recommande pour les familles en vacances :)

방과 거실이 나누어져 있고, 테라스에 작은 자쿠지까지 사진과 동일합니다. 여러 명의 가족단위나 친구들끼리 적합해요. 전자렌지 가스렌지 주방 편의시설도 있어, 거실에서 시간을 보내기 좋았습니다. 후기가 없어 걱정했는데, 예약했을때부터 답장도 빨리 주시고 컨셉이 너무 맘에 들었어요^^! 구글지도를 보고 찾아가는데, 외관에 큰 안내표지가 없다보니 헤매기는 했으나 도톤보리와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 오래 머물고 싶은 곳이었네요. 소소하게 방 내에 챙겨주시는 것이 많고 시설도 너무 좋아 부족함 없이 잘 보내다 왔습니다. 짐보관은 안되는 점이 아쉽지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 다음번에 또 묵고 싶습니다~

체크인 과정 불편!!

직원과 게스트와의 의사소통이 잘 안되는게 불편합니다. 한국말을 할 줄아는 직원이 있었지만 통화 상태가 좋지 않았고 체크인 시간보다 조금 늦어졌는데 연락도 없이 가버려서 만나지 못했습니다. 입구 비밀번호는 세번이나 바뀌어서 혼란스러웠고 게스트와 연락이 바로 되지 않아 한참 기다려야 했습니다. 체크인하는 방법을 바꾸거나 직원이 상시 대기해야 할 것 같습니다.
