Highly Recommend

customer service very responsive guide me to the hotel. Check in time is 4pm but you can store your belonging inside the lobby. The room got washing machine, microwave oven, etc. Walkable to many tourist spot. Highly recommended will stay again.

It was a really cute stay! The amenities were pretty average but I loved the hair dryer. Forewarning: it is self-check in online, so you could do it before you get there. It was nice and quiet and cute :)

Just about everything about our stay at this property was great. The one thing that was somewhere lacking was the lack of hooks to hang up clothing and bath linens. We didn't everyone any issues with safety, privacy, noise, etc. Of course, the price and value were excellent. We'd definitely stay at this property again

Location was in close proximity to Dotonbori which is very convenient, including being 7-12 minutes walk from multiple train stations which is also very nice. However, the area around Kishu-Kaido street is quite dirty in comparison to National Route 25 (on the west side of Dotonbori) which is significantly cleaner.

I like this hotel. Close to places of interest and 6-8 mins walk to 日本桥 Station and 道顿掘 and 心斋桥。2 double beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. Very fordable price but if you are more than 120 KG, probably not recommended as the toilet is like 0.8M wide. My friend’s husband is a big build Aussie and he found the toilet is quite squishy for him but doable. Check in was a bit complex but ok at the end. In general very good service apartment and would recommend to others.

My partner and I were shocked upon entering our room. It was stunning. Leaps and bounds above the other rooms we had rented while in Japan. We have already decided we will be staying there again for a much longer stay next trip. We were on the 11th floor and enjoyed the quiet reprieve from the street noise. The place felt very secure and safe. Our only potential con was there was nowhere to properly hang out towels. Other than that small con it was a perfect place to stay. The convenience of the location allowed us to fully explore the food and shopping options of Osaka with ease. 10/10. We cannot wait to stay here again!

It was good. The building itself was good for families and clean, good security features. The area that the hotel is in was the party area. Lots of bars/clubs. But on the flip side it was also very walkable to Dotonburi and all the great food and shops. Because I was with kids we didn't go out late at night so the partying didn't bother us, and we could hear nothing in the unit. It was very quiet. There was a smell of mildew coming from the kitchen sink and/or shower drain though. And I liked how there was in suite laundry machine.

It was my 1st time to book an apartment hotel because my family and I are keen on the hotel cleaning services and concierge. Made an exception to try this to maximize space for 4 pax. The check-in was a bit stressful because of misunderstanding due to new experience for us, but the property is prompt in responding. The confusion was because of the later updating of the keybox code and access to internet was not available anymore. After a bit of difficulty finding the property and the code to the keybox, all smoothsailing from there. The room was enough for 4 pax and our luggage, it was comfortable and very near shopping and dining areas. We did not cook, but laundry after visiting other district was welcome. No cleaning services as expected, but fresh towels were always available. The spread between check out and check in is quite large, so we had to leave early although our flight is later. At any rate, we were able to leave our luggage within the property and nothing was lost. Value for money, and will surely book again when we return

The room was clean. The location is convenient for restaurants and nightlife. It can be noisy into the early morning so they did provide earplugs which we didn't use. The water closet was pretty tight for an average American. The washing machine is nice to have. The terrace is nice but there is no view.

Fast and easy check in - clean room

Easy check in, make sure you read the email the hotel sends you a couple days before your stay. I saw a couple people stuck outside looking for the host but it is DIY, contactless. The room was a bit on the small side as all hotels are in Japan but it worked for a family of 4. Washers are provided but you would have to hang up your clothes on the provided hangers we hung up our clothes for a day and it was fine. Microwave and refrigerator included which helped a lot for kids who are picky eaters so we had to get them their own food ahead of time
