The room was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was very easy for an English only person. The shower had amazing pressure and the fact there was a washer machine made the stay very good. Hangers were provided in the room to hang your clothes up to dry as well. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka.

Decent sized room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Washing machine was very convenient and there was a laundromat 200meters down the road to dry the clothes. Location was great just near the subway station and close to convenience stores and restaurants. And a small walk to Dotonbori.

Very close to metro station (Sakuragawa) 1-2 mins Max. Good location out of the somewhat crowded Dotombori area. Clean room. Small apartment appliances. Good property security devices and controls. Excellent price for what is included. Will stay there again when I return to Osaka.

Amazing stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were so soft. We absolutely loved the comforters—they were fluffy, kept us cool all night, and we wish we could buy them for our own home! The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do just a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very convenient location, close to Namba station, good coffee, and other dining options. We loved that this property had a balcony that overlooked the Osaka skyline. Check in was very easy and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

Very clean and modern. Not having a person onsite was a bit strange although the property managers responded to emails very promptly. I do think the strict 4pm check in should be reconsidered because as there were many families waiting around between 3:30-4 just waiting to get in, seemed a bit silly to have everyone waiting like that.

Very satisfied by our choice to stay here. Nice modern hotel, very clean room and kitchen well equipped. Just a quick suggestion: some salt and pepper would have been appreciated in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and appreciated all the bathroom amenities + the washing machine; very practical! Smooth check in and check out, very good location, just 5 minutes walk to the Dotonbori river touristic area. I stayed 5 nights with my family (hubby and 2 teenagers) and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend the hotel. Arigato gozaimasu!

Place was very nice and super clean. Easy check in and location was great. Very close to the main attractions. Convenient stores close by as well as local restaurants. There is a washer available in the room but no dryer, there is space on the balcony to hang your clothes to dry. Overall, very pleasant experience, I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and a great stay overall. The hotel has sento (shared bath) for guests, which was a wonderful bonus. There is also a convenience store inside the hotel, making it very convenient. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was decent, although not particularly outstanding. However, the excellent location and facilities more than made up for it. I would happily stay here again.

Checkin was a little weird, no front desk receptionist, talked to someone virtual on a computer who could've been from another country. Room was clean, far enough from touristy places that it was nice to relax to without the outside hustle and bustle. Restaurants and shopping were in walking distance.

Place was clean. Check in was fast. Walking distance to shopping and dining areas. Entrance to subway close by. Washer in bathroom with air dry mode but not really any where to hang clothes. Place is near a hospital and sirens were really loud.
