Location and staff is excellent. Room is good. The only negatives I can think of are there is no microwave in the room and the bed comfort is a little hard. People can be heard from outside the room so the walls are a little thin. Still a great place I’d come back to.

it was a good hotel for it's rate. breakfast is included so that's another point. and just a 1km walk to Dotonburi. it's also right beside the exit 3 of the train station. though the rooms are quite small, but just enough for us (2 adults & 2 kids).

small but cosy hotel
We had a compact twin room which was small but decent overall for the price offered. It was also near the main shopping areas and Namba was just a few stops down on the train.

A very pleasant stay
Excellent location - hotel is literally a few steps away from Exit 3 of Nagahoribashi Sta. Near to a supermarket, convenience stores, an underground mall and walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Buffet breakfast was good- with Continental and Asian spreads. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Hotel room has the basic amenities but we were comfortable with room features. Free use of Kimono for picture taking. Luggages were accepted for safekeeping before check-in and after check-out. For the price we paid, it was a bargain. Will consider staying again and will recommend to friends. Thank you very much.

The room was small but adequate, beds were comfortable, but pillows could have been a bit softer. Difficult to locate the reception desk which was on the fourth floor. Maybe a sign in English in the foyer elevator would have been easier...overall, a pleasant stay and handy to transport with a subway beside the entry to hotel.. rooms were very quite with no external noise.

Disappointing and Misleading!
Online, this hotel looked very good but I was mislead. It smelt like stale cigarette smoke, the room was tiny (even by Japanese standards) and it was a unit bathroom the size of an airplane bathroom. The hotel is in a prime area and the staff were kind but other than that it was crap. For $100 CAD (about 8500 Yen), go somewhere else that is better.

A very convenient and comfy stay in Osaka
The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they even offered me a room upgrade which made my mother very happy and she had a wonderful stay in her first time visit to Osaka. The hotel is very near metro station, walking distance to lots of eateries. They even offered yukata for my mother to try on and take photos, I know they have a Japanese egg cooking class but we stay late outside and can't join them. A very pleasant experience and stay.

とても満足！
ホテルの場所が長堀橋駅直結で雨に濡れる事なく、1-2階がが本格中華のレストランで、ちょっとわかりにくかったですが、フロントも対応も良かったです。部屋もシングルで予約しましたが、ツイン部屋が使えて、2人で泊まってもお互いを気にすることなくプライベートが保たれるので、また利用したいです。レストランも本格四川料理とても美味しかったです。

スタッフさんが非常に優しかったです！お部屋は少し古いがきれいに手入れされてて過ごしやすかったです！ 地下にクラブがあるとの事ですが、7階で宿泊して特に音が聞こえる様な事もなかったし、心斎橋にも近くアクセスも最高でした！また使いたいです

블로그 후기로 매일 타코야키 체험과 맥주 증정이 있다고 들었는데. 후기에 본 시간에 로비에 가보니 아무것도 하지 않아 물어보니 예약시 요청해야 해준다고 들었습니다. 사실 안해도 크게 아쉬울건 없었지만 뭔가 좀 섭섭함. 조식은 매일 메뉴가 같았지만 괜찮았습니다.

良かったです。
立地は最高です。近くに買い物できる店もあるし、地下街も近いので飲食も困りません。口コミにあるように本当に駅チカです。レストランの匂いはありますが、気にならない程度でした。スタッフは親切で好印象でした。初日の夜、たこ焼きを楽しみにロビーへ行ったら、材料の準備のが出来ていないという理由で食べられなかったのが残念でした。朝食はバイキング形式で美味しかったです。スープが塩辛かったのが唯一のマイナスでしたが、それ以外は美味しくいただけました。メニューは和食洋食中華と色々あり、好きなものを自分で選べます。パンも色々と種類があってジャムも豊富でした。部屋にはお水が配られ、お茶も淹れられました。女性用アメニティや、シャンプーが選べる等のサービスも良かったです。

가성비 최고. 도톤보리 걸어서 가능. 나가호리바시역 3번출구에 붙어있음. 라피도 텐가차야에서 1번 환승하면 바로 연결. 서비스 최고, 조식도 아침에 밥이 좋은 사람이면 양호, 타코야키 체험 아이가 재밌어했고, 무료 맥주, 무료 스낵, 무료 어메이티 주머니( 머리밴드, 샤워타올, 마스크팩 등) 방크기야 어디든 작고, 욕실이 많이 작지만 욕조 깊어서 앉으면 여자기준 어깨까지 물이 차서 피로 풀기 좋았음. 수압 엄청 좋음. 뜨거운물 너무 뜨거우니 조심. 어쨌든 가성비 엄청난 깨끗하고 완전 친절한 호텔. 한국인 알바도 있고, 아니라도 영어 소통 문제없음.

겨울에 이용한 후기 위치 굿굿
1월에 2박을 지냈습니다 위치는 정말 좋아요 나가호리바시 바로 옆이 호텔이구요 3번 출구로 나오시면 됩니다 난바역으로 가시려면 나가호리바시에서(갈색선) 닛폰바시로(핑크선) 환승하시면 각각 한 정거장씪 두정거장만 이동하면 됩니다. 나가호리바시->닛폰바시->난바역 이렇게 생각하시면 될 거 같아요 난바역까지 지하철 타면 15분 걸어가면 20분정도 걸려요 지하철 요금은 180엔이에요 호텔에서 도톤보리까지는 걸어서 15분 정도 걸립니다 일자로 쭉 걸어가면 돼서 편해요 그리고 도톤보리 가는 길에 편의점이 많아서 도톤보리에서 호텔로 들어가는 길에 편의점 이용하기 좋아요 호텔 바로 옆에는 없지만 걸어가기 나쁘지 않은 거리에요 프런트에 한국말하시는 남자분 계셔서 편했습니다 그 분 안계시면 여자분들 계신데 영어 조금 할 수 있으셔서 의사소통엔 어려움이 없으나 여자분은 조금 불친절하고 발음이 일본식으라 조금 불편하실 수 있어요 호텔 1층이 식당이라 처음에 입구 찾는데 헤맸지만 식당같은 곳으로 들어가면 옆에 엘레베이터 있어요 프론트는 4층이고 3층은 아침식사하는 곳이에요 프런트 옆에 칫솔이랑 가운같은 거 비치돼있으니 그냥 가져다 쓰시면 됩니다. 방은 잠만 잘 거라 컴팩트 룸 이용했는데 정말 작아요 일본 방 작은 거 감안해도 작아요 화장실도 뒤집어지게 작습니다 캠핑할때 카리반 화장실 정도 생각하면 돼요 그래도 불편하지 않게 이용했어요 물 수압도 좋아요 근데 변기 물 내릴때 소리 뒤집어지게 커요 방음은 잘 됩니다 룸클린 원하시면 방에 메이크 룸인가 적어져 있는 종이 손잡이에 걸어놓으시면 청소해줘요 청소 안 하실 거면 안 걸어놓으면 되구요 그럼 타월만 문 앞에 두고 가십니다 와이파이 되구요 방에 와이파이 비밀번호 적어져있는 종이 있어요 조식은 체크인할때 사람수랑 일 수 맞게 카드줘요 그거 내고 드시면 됩니다 가짓수는 많지 않지만 맛있고 반찬이 실해요 빵도 있구요 든든하게 잘먹었습니다 조식 만족해요 아 그런데 방 깨끗하고 좋았는데 이불을 안빠는지 약간 더러운 게 묻어져 있더라구요 이불 밑에 흰색 커버 있는데 그거 꼭꼭 깜싸고 잤습니다 커버는 빠는 거 같아요 신발현관 같은게 따로 없어서 신발은 벗어서 문옆에 뒀구요 프런트 옆에 비치된 슬리퍼 가셔가셔서 신으시면 됩니다 전체적으로 위치 좋고 방은 좁고 잠만 자실 분들은 추천해요 히터도 잘 나오고 쉬는데는 문제 없어요 방에서 냄새도 안나요
