Location and staff is excellent. Room is good.
The only negatives I can think of are there is no microwave in the room and the bed comfort is a little hard. People can be heard from outside the room so the walls are a little thin.
Still a great place I’d come back to.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I noticed that both the room and bathroom were clean. However, there was an intense smell of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong that I could not sleep at night, and my respiratory passages felt irritated.
In addition, the bedding fabric was synthetic, which made it very uncomfortable and caused intense sweating in the middle of the night (I stayed there in mid-December). The mattress was very hard, as other guests have already reported. All of these factors contributed to my inability to sleep.
I was not expecting any type of luxury for the price I paid, but I did expect a smoke-free environment and a comfortable bed for the night. My experience was so poor that I had to leave, and I lost the second night for which I had already paid, as it was non-refundable.
The front desk employee was very nice and offered to give me a different room, but by then I had already made arrangements to move to a different hotel. In the end, the low price came at a high cost.

In Japan, you can find toilets with washlets everywhere but this hotel doesn’t have washlets in their toilets. I was really shocked. This was the biggest negative thing for me.
The location is good, walking distance to Dotonbori and there is a subway entrance in front of the hotel.
The building is interesting. There is a night clup in the entrance, reception is on the 4th floor. 3rd floor is internet/gaming cafe. Your rooms will be on the 5-8 floors. There is a man hand care floor at the top.
They give you new towels everyday.
Women in reception were really helpful and sincere.
Never have I slept in a more noise and non-isolating hotel room that this. Even with ear plugs all through the night the windows were so bob-isolating than we would wake up, either from noise or from cold wind leaking through the windows.
Desde que entrabamos al hotel olía a sándalo , Olía raro , estaba tenebroso , había muchos chicos que jugaban juegos no nos sentíamos seguras , el elevador era muy incómodo , el baño era limpio pero la calidad de la habitación era media baja
