All details were very clear and straight forward, room was as described, and hosts replied in a quick and timely manner when reached out to. They also had a book of recommended nearby restaurants, tourist destinations, and other necessities. Would recommend!

Needs more transparency, but good overall.

Megu-chan was pretty nice, but we were scared we would be nickle and dimed for everything. In the end, we weren't, but it was unnerving. We received instructions a day or two before our stay saying that we would get charged a bunch of outrageous fees if we did anything wrong. Things like 55,000 yen fines if you move furniture and stuff like that. There was a very long list of things like this. The instructions also said that check in was at 3, but in other places it said 4. It also said we could check on early for 1100 yen per hour. We got there early and tried to check in and pay the early checkin fee but the lady running the place denied us because she hadn't cleaned it yet. So we went and got some food to kill some time. The room itself was actually pretty good. Lots of space and a washer to clean clothes. Shower had good pressure. The place was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to a big street so there were plenty of options to eat close by. I'm the end we liked staying here, we were just turned off by the long list of scare fees before our stay. I feel like that all needs to be told to the customer BEFORE the booking and not the day before you stay there.

便利な場所で、でも静かな立地条件。 お部屋もキレイでした。 何より、年頃の子どもたちとの宿泊で四つもベッドがあり、一人一人寝れたのがよかったです。 ただ、加湿器の水タンクにカビらしきものが付いていて汚かったのは残念でした。

무인이지만 안내를 메일로 친절하게 해주셔서 문제 없이 들어갈 수 있었다. 시설도 깨끗하고 보온도 아침에 쌀쌀한 거 빼면 따뜻한 이불이라 쏘굿. 유니버셜이랑 우메다랑도 가깝고 근처에 편의점이랑 식당들도 가깝고 동네도 한적해서 좋았습니다 정말 합리적인 가격에 잘 이용했습니다 다음에 가면 또 가고싶어요!

施設に入る為のＰＤＦが開けず大変でしたがオーナーさんの対応も早くて助かりました！ 駅から少し歩きますが一回行けば分かりやすく 静かな所で過ごしやすかったです^_^ 洗濯もできるしコンセントも充実していてアイロンやドライヤー、クイックルワイパーもあり良かったです！ 全体的に綺麗でしたがブラインドに埃が凄かったのでハンディモップもあると良かったです。 あと、タオルケットがあるとありがたかったです。 お値段安いし部屋も広いし　また大阪行った時は利用したいです^_^

初めてのゲストハウスで色々と不安でしたが、PDF説明書で問題なく宿泊できました！ 民家も近くにある為、テンション上げのパーティーなどの使用は出来ないと思いますが部屋が広く清潔でしたし近隣にはスーパーやコンビニ、飲食店もあり便利でした。家族旅行には最適でした！ 次回の大阪旅行の際も利用したいと思います。
