Excellent experience all around. Easy access to trains and very walkable everywhere. Clean property that offers privacy. Excellent washer for laundry. Clean showers and restroom facilities. Highly recommend for couples to stay or larger families too.

My family of 3 stayed 5 nights at the Bon Condominiums and it was awesome!! The room was clean and spacious, the check in process was simple and the location was great and 10 mins from Umeda train Station. The laundry was very useful as well, but you will have to hang dry your clothes. One suggestion is to make sure you take screen grabs of the reservation and check out details they send a day before. It seemed like some parties didn’t do so and were confused on how to gain access. I can’t recommend the Bon enough and we will stay there again next trip to Osaka! Arigato Bon!!

It is conveniently located, close to the station(s), shops, etc. Sleeps 4 nicely, kitchen functional, laundry top load and dryer in the shower works for small batches well. Pretty modern neighborhood, not shabby at all. If in Osaka, would stay again.

The location was perfect. However, we were assigned to a room that didnt have a working air conditioner. It made the our first night there unbearable since it felt it was so hot and my kids rather hang out in the lobby. Since the rooms were fully booked, we had to switch to a different room for each 3 nights we stayed. This was a better option than having to keep the room and waited in another room while they fixed the air conditioning. We made the best of the situation and enjoyed our stay.

This location was nice! There was a family mart and 7-11 pretty close to the condominium. With the convenience stores so close, it was really convenient (lol) to get a late night snack. The condominium was also close to umeda station and Osaka station. Regarding the actual room itself, I had 4 people in my party (including me) and the room had plenty space and a nice kitchen. The bathroom was really nice and the bath was really nice after a long day of walking around. Overall i recommend this to any family who wants a good place to stay in osaka!

Great condo close to transportation and food. Its not staffed but that didnt matter. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants near by. Less than 10 minutes to 2 train stations. We definitely would love to stay again sometime. Thank you!

Very good location minutes away from Umeda station. Easy check in with a remote clerk. OK for 4, was a bit harder for a 5th person who has to sleep on a basic sofa. Nice balcony very useful to dry washed clothes.
