Great family stay

The hotel was incredible, easy process to check in after a late flight at 11pm Room was spacious, clean and plenty of comfort for a family of 4… would come back here Also super close to the subway station and local sights

Pleasant and spacious hotel

Convenient location nearby train stations. Walking distance to tourists attractions, Dotombori, Den-den town etc. The room is spacious for 3-4 pax with double beds. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Had a good stay for our trip.

We enjoyed our stay! Very spacious compared to Japanese standard room. Walking distance to the train station. Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku tower is just across the street. There’s also a grocery store and convenience stores nearby.

There are lots of desirable places to visit - market streets, restaurants, landmarks etc, within walking distance. The train station is just 2 minutes walk and there are lots of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It's close to an electric goods area and a 'games/ mini figures shopping area.

The property location is good with convenient stores nearby. And the room is spacious and clean. Good to have washing machines, also equipped with electronic stove with no utensils but only cups. Bring your own bowl and chopsticks!

The hotel is near Dotonbori by 15 minutes walk, near Kuromon market and Sinsekai etc... the only issue is no AC on the elevator and we came during hot season. The room is clean with kitchen and cutlery, fridge, microwave and washer. The bed was abit hard but in general is good.

Decent sized apartment

Great size apartment, comfy beds and good amenities. Close to the metro but pretty far from Shin-Osaka station where the Shinkansen stops. Also we didn’t get the check in email which made check in very stressful with two tired little kids.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. They prepared slippers and toothbrush/ toothpaste which was nice. Property was very clean. 3 minute walk to train station. Nearby 711 and restaurants. Quick communication with property owner, just no actual lobby/ concierge. The only concern we had was the entrance/ elevator was so hot. I noticed fans in entrance but none in the elevator. But overall a great place.

Good location, quiet neighborhood. Short walk from the train station and Tsutenkaku Tower and Osaka Shinsekai. Lots of food options and shopping in the area. The room was equipped with a good sized fridge, a stove top, microwave, sink, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, and a couple of cooking pots, all very convenient, dish soap sponge and jcloth supplied, much appreciated. Also in-room was a washing machine and included laundry detergent. The bathroom was a drying room, but it was so hot outside that we hung the clothes rack outside (there are also two brackets outside to hang clothes on) on the little terrace and they dried in two hours! Walk with some string and you can make make a washing line between the two brackets for more drying space. Communication with the hotel was quick and easy through the Expedia app and email. There is no front desk, check in is digital, so if you're not used to that, it's a new but efficient experience. There is no room service but you can request new towels. The room was clean overall but a little dusty in some spots. I would recommend a stay here.

Our stay at this property was perfect. The checkin process was easy. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed; we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids).
