Loved the fact that there was a shuttle bus to the hotel, and the room was spacious. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was a bit pricey so we skipped it.

Small clean efficient room

Excellent stay. Very comfortable. Room is small but efficient. They forgot to give us breakfast coupons, so there was a little confusion the next morning, but it was resolved quickly.

Hotel Sanrriott SHINSAIBASHI ranked high on my list for being the smallest twin beds room i had stayed in Japan. So small that we need to open our 28inch luggage on our bed. HOWEVER, will still book it if it offer cheapest rate for twin beds room in this zone. Why its given 4 stars? At most 3 stars for being still new. Breakfast very simple, only Jap pickles w rice, Coffee & Orange juice. Pro is able to store out luggage after checkout. No own carpark, but able to find 1 around the hotel, a few buildings away.
