"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

The restaurant a 5 minute walk from the hotel served a good breakfast, loved the fresh eggs! We also had an evening meal there that was fantastic. One hour drive to Florence and 30 minutes drive to Mugello,perfect for our stay.I would highly recommend the hotel."

"So everything is average, except of the breakfast, which was very poor. No eggs, no ham, no salamis, no vegetables, only stale rolls, some croissants. In only one word: terribile. Setting the wifi is not to easy, but if it work, it is okay. The guests are mainly old, and the staff's kindness direct to them. The hotel is located directly by a church, so its bell sounds in every 15 minutes..."
