Orokawa Bay Tours and Activities

New bathroom, great shower pressure. Hard bed. No heater in lounge. Web page said 46in tv with Netflix. Approx. 30in with Netflix. No sky. Musty smell, had to get air freshener from management as well as small heater for lounge. Will not stay again.

Our family stayed here over the weekend in a two-bedroom unit, and we had a wonderful experience. The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Taupō. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake in the morning was a truly memorable experience. The location is also fantastic. It’s close to the Tongariro Trout Centre, which is well worth a visit, and the scenic drive to and around the area is incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would happily return, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Taupō region.
