2 seperate self contained areas, one upstairs with seaviews and one down. Great for a 2 families, or for a larger family where you can have a seperate space when required.
Fully fenced section with loads of room for the boat, cars and kids to play, where everyone can feel safe and enjoy their holiday
500 m to white sandy beach to enjoy the fantastic surf, plus 500m to the estuary which is great for the kids
A 15 minute walk to the shops and cafes.

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our family of teenagers and a dog. Was nice and close to beach. Will definitely stay again

Great place to stay! WWonderful place for 2 families or teenagers who want their own space. Comfy beds and lovely spatious open plan upstairs. Love the big deck! We will definitely be back

Great spot

Perfect property for a long weekend catch up with friends. Plenty of beds and space, well equipped and a great location. Check in was super easy and communication with the owner was great. Older style bach but it has everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Kids had a great time staying here, great location close to beach, estuary and town. Bottom area needs some upgrading, but for a batch its fine. Great for 2 family's or friends. Would definitely return

An ideal property for us and the extended family in the future. Great layout and fully fenced section so the fur baby can run around freely.. A great deck awesome for catching all day sun enables another living area comfortably.

Lazy days at Whangamataa.

Awesome place with plenty of bedding for the amount of people we had staying and plenty of lawn for the kids to run around and play within the fully fenced section. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and park//recreational area. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Would highly recommend this property to anyone heading to Whangamataa.

Easy weekend away

We've stayed at this property twice now. Great communication with owners, a good space for larger families as there is the use of upstairs and downstairs, great location and a huge section for kids to run around in. It's a real kiwi Bach so we don't have to stress about the kids and the deck is perfect for morning coffees and afternoon beers.

Wonderful family stay

We had the best time staying at this property. We have three boys aged under 10 and we did not have to worry about them in this locked up very large section. A quiet street, very close to the beach and surf club and conveinience store. We will definitely be back to stay. Easy communication with the owners. Totally worth it.

Downstairs unit needs an overhaul

Location was great. Huge secure yard. Upstairs was servicable but dated and could have been cleaner, also needs new curtains in the main bedroom. Dog hair everywhere. Suspicous marks on the duvet cover and a sock left in the bedside drawer. Yuck. Downstairs was disgusting. Mold everywhere and what I suspect is an asbestos ceiling that has a lot of disturbance (people have written their names in the sparkly popcorn texture). It was very unclean with mold in the bathroom and oily streaks on the countertops in the kitchen. . We ended up not using the downstairs at all - my husband died at 35yo from Mesothelioma, so we were not going to risk exposure.
