Need a summer getaway a little oasis? Our quaint and lovely home is available from May 1st 2022 to August 31st 2022.
We are located in Oro Medonte, Ontario.
15 minutes from Barrie and Orillia, 1 hour from Toronto.
We have access to beautiful Lake Simcoe which is a few seconds walk from our property!
Our house is around 1500 square feet, open concept living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sunroom. Wifi available
We have kayaks and canoes for your enjoyment and a large yard where you can play badminton etc., have a bonfire or just lounge around on the deck awaiting that much anticipated swim!
Walking and cycling trails nearby also.
Enjoy the peaceful life of country living and spending a relaxing summer by the water.
Monthly rate asking is $3750.00
