Nice lobby, friendly check-in. Room key is Express Pass and resort charge so that's convenient. The walk to the resort was like 5 min if you're fast, 10 if you're slow. The ferry is run by Universal not the hotel. If the Hulk ride is shut down for a weather delay, the ferry will be too. Nice pool ...

I loved the ease of check-in and check out, and how clean neat and tidy the room was. Inguess thebonlynthjng i didn't like was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but thats petty.

Very good location, close to everything and plenty of dining and transportation options. The only thing is that they have no elevators but the staff were very happy to assist with the bags (travelling with back injuries) - really kind and great staff :)

Great included breakfast, popcorn and cookies in the afternoon for the guests, large rooms and friendly, helpful staff. They have installed one new elevator and we’re actively working on the other.
