The Space:

Morning light filters across the garden as you step into a calm, comfortable home designed for easy days and restful nights. Inside, spaces flow naturally, giving you room to settle in, spread out, and enjoy time together after exploring Central Florida. Evenings invite you to slow down, whether you’re unwinding indoors or spending a quiet moment outside.



The space

This entire home accommodates up to four guests and offers two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. A single full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the home. The layout is single level with no stairs, making it easy to move throughout the space. A dedicated workspace and reliable wifi support remote work or trip planning between outings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is available for preparing meals at your own pace, with space to cook and gather. A dining table nearby creates a natural spot for shared breakfasts, relaxed dinners, or an evening glass of wine before heading out or settling in.



Living & entertainment

After a day exploring nearby attractions, relax with your favorite shows on the TV or enjoy some friendly competition at the ping pong table. The living areas are designed for comfortable downtime, whether you’re reconnecting with family or enjoying a quiet night in.



Outdoor areas

Step outside to a patio or balcony overlooking the backyard and garden view. Outdoor furniture makes it easy to enjoy fresh air, read, or unwind at the end of the day. The backyard offers an open, grassy space to enjoy throughout your stay.



Laundry, parking & essentials

A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with bathroom essentials and bed linens. Free parking is provided on the premises, with additional free street parking if needed. A private entrance allows for easy arrivals and departures.



Location

The home is located in Winter Park with convenient access to the surrounding area. Downtown Orlando is 3 miles away, Universal Studios is 12 miles away, and Disney is 8 miles away, making it simple to balance quiet downtime with visits to top attractions.

The Neighborhood:

Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, & historic neighborhoods. It’s like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central Florida, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water & explore the vibrant lakes (a chain of six).



Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living. There’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
