The room's base boards were filthy. TP holder was broke and toilet seat was loose. Blow dryer in the shared bathroom was broke. The floors were slick and dirty. Kitchen trash can was rusted and dirty. No facial tissue provided. A cushion was missing on patio furniture. Call to front desk on the TP holder resulted in maintenance to fix the holder and tighten the toilet seat. Broken hair dryer wasn't identified until the next morning and a call to the front desk resulted in no one coming to fix or replace the broken dryer. The location was great to all the attractions we wanted to see. Check in and out was friendly, fast & easy. Pools were clean and a short walk. Parking felt safe.

Unit was spacious and comfortable and conveniently located to eateries and shops as well as Universal Studios and the new Epic Universal. The grounds were beautiful with huge pools, plenty of seating and a great walking path along the lake.

When I first came through the front desk to check in I was a little skeptical as it was very cluttered. Many boxes in the lobby area. Receptionist not dressed very nice and not very friendly. The property appears to have gone through some remodeling and still in the process. Front door looked pretty rough and not professionally painted. However when I got inside the apartment was spacious (3 stories), clean and fairly up to date. My unit was not what I consider walking distance to the pool and hot tub so didn’t use it as much as I would have had it been closer. This was a work trip for me and two colleagues so it was definitely comfortable enough. I asked the maintenance man for a remote for one of the bedroom fans/lights and he did not have one nor attempted to get me one so points off for that. Overall satisfied due to the price and being comfortable.

We had a fabulous time staying at Vista Cay. We stayed there with family and went to theme parks. The location was good, and everything from the check in process to the pool to the floor plan of the units was perfect for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfectly located near parks, shopping and restaurants. I loved how it had a nice walking path by the lake and walkable to Publix. The room needed a few repairs and needed a deep clean but the staff did what they could to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Would stay here again.

I came with my daughter for a few days to visit Siesta Key. We had never visited the area before. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach. We had a studio room. Large king bed and pull out sofa. It fit our needs wonderfully. The room is newly renovated and is large, bright and has an open concept. I would only say that the bathroom is very small but again newly updated and very CLEAN! We didn’t plan to spend much time in the room so it fit our purposes. Fresh towels every day and maid service. We will be back for sure
