Our stay at this hotel was very good for our family trip. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful :). We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the proximity to all things Disney. We would definitely stay here again!

I booked an accessible room through Expedia and when I got to the hotel they did not have my reservation as needing an accessible room. The front desk clerk was able to move things around and get us an accessible room on the first floor. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here every time we need to be in Orlando.

The room was pretty and clean. Had plenty of supplies needed. Your name is on the TV screen when you arrive which is very inviting. The TV does not swivel however, you can see it through the mirror from the bed. Having your own kitchen is very convenient. You can also order groceries from Walmart or Uber eats. Overall great stay. Breakfast every morning and Wednesday happy hour included. Laundry facilities work well and takes card, no cash. Nice.

Breakfast was awsome! Room ameneties were great, clean, spacious room. Very friendly staff all day and night. The down side was they only cleaned my room once of all the 8 days that we stayed, we had to ask front desk every day for clean towels, for more body wash and shampoo, clean bed sheets. Other than that would stay again when we come to come Disney World again.
