Breakfast was awsome! Room ameneties were great, clean, spacious room. Very friendly staff all day and night. The down side was they only cleaned my room once of all the 8 days that we stayed, we had to ask front desk every day for clean towels, for more body wash and shampoo, clean bed sheets. Other than that would stay again when we come to come Disney World again.

Very very clean rooms. We arrived at 4pm but we were told the room is not ready. Vicky gave us 15% off parking due to this. Parking fee should have been waived. The breakfast is 1 star out of 5 because the selection is very limited, biscuit, chicken patty, oatmeal, bagels, scrambled egg that was it. Breakfast should have bacon, waffle, pancake everyday at least. I will still give the hotel 5 out of 5 due to cleanliness, cold AC, comfy mattresses, kitchenette in room. We loved our stay and we went to IHOP for breakfast

Hotel is very nice and worthy for the price paid, rooms were clean, nice breakfast included, pool and amenities were nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Dislikes were the Parking Fees, this will be the norms when staying at hotels but the price of $27+ tax per day is pretty high. We would definitely recommend staying here and would consider staying there again.

We loved our recent stay in Orlando Homewood Suites! As a family with young children, our hotel of choice is always a Homewood Suites, because of the spacious rooms and amenities (kitchenette/breakfast). This stay, however, was our favorite. The hotel is clean, neat, and an overall relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and much roomier compared to other Homewood Suites we’ve stayed in, which considering that most guests include families visiting the theme parks, I think the space is ideal. The staff were hospitable and accommodating. Tired and fatigued from traveling we were greeted by Oskar who checked us in and took care of our family going above and beyond. Location is perfect for those traveling to the theme parks, and although we didn’t take advantage of the shuttle, I did initially book because of this feature. It might be a while before we are back to Orlando, but I’d stay here again anytime!

We had a very nice time. It was unfortunate that the hot tub wasn't working. Elevator near our room stopped working. Hallways were hot. More waffle makers NEEDED!!! especially the mickey ones... huge lines and would run out of time. Weekend breakfast should start the same time as during the week, but last a bit longer... phones didn't work to contact front desk. Room was very nice and kept my family comfortable...

The room was very nice, I enjoyed the kitchenette. The bathroom and shower were cheap and we had issues with the hot and cold water. There was a few flying ants in the room that I had to deal with when we checked in. The pool was beautiful, the spa was lukewarm. Great breakfast
