We've stayed at this property twice. I think it's great for kids. The only issue I have is that during both stays, our room wasn't ready at the check-in time of 4pm. We weren't able to get into our room until close to 5pm which is tough to get everyone ready before dinner. Maybe they need to increase their cleaning staff to make sure all the rooms are ready AT LEAST for the appointed check in time...

Lengthy review (sorry) Stayed here for a few nights. Had two rooms booked under my reservation. One room was completely fine no issues. However, with my room. We had hand towels as washcloths because they had no more washcloths and then after spending an entire day at Islands of Adventure, we came back to the room to wash the day off of us and there was no towels. The room seemed to be cleaned(although a full trash bag was left in the bathroom sink) but there was no clean towels or wash cloths in the room. When I called the front desk, they informed me that they had ran out of towels and washcloths and they were waiting for a delivery. This was 9pm. When I got up the next day still no towels or washcloths. I had to call down twice and finally received the items around 11am. This would have been alittle more acceptable if they didn’t charge resort fees. You cannot charge me fees but don’t hold up to the bare necessities of the standards. I didn’t even receive a portion of my Resort fees back for the huge inconvenience. Everyone experience is different but as for me and my family we won’t be back. You can go to a lot more other places that’s worth the money.

The room we stayed was clean, we’ve stayed here before. However this time the AC in the room did not work. No matter how much we turn the temp down it wouldn’t allow us to go below 69. Not sure why. We just end up turning on the fan. When turning on water in the shower/sink it had an odd smell - not sure if it’s from the pipe or what.

The room wasn’t super clean. Some of the staff was nice while others seemed disconnected. No one let us know the water park wasn’t open. And half the hotel was under active construction. I got a flat on the property and was told no one was willing to help me with my issue and figure it out. On top of that, house keeping never showed up the whole week. I was told that they come once every 5 days. Needless to say I was taking my own trash out daily and asking for fresh towels for my family of 5. The pull out couch was gross and appeared not even looked over during cleaning. Can’t say I’ll be returning unfortunately.

The elevator is either broken or just doesnt run at all ..We had to take the stairs to the 5th floor almost every time up and down..They run out of towels everyday its unbelievable..Lots of broken or stuff thats not working..I have stayed here before and had no problems thats why we came back..Obviously its going down hill..Check in took an hour and the parking lot is so hard to navigate ..Ladtly they never said the water park was under construction that made me really upset aswell..

The building was number 8 room 8.22. The air conditioning didn't work, there was no elevator, there were no towels, the smell was horrible, a lot of humidity. There was construction in this building. The common areas such as the ice and drink area did not have lighting. I asked for towels at the reception and the answer was that they didn't have them. What a horrible stay.

Easy to find. Conveniently located near Disney, SeaWorld and Universal parks. FREE PARKING with stay. STAFF IS EXCELLENT! Water park is great. Rooms wereVERY CLEAN / tidy. Rating of 3 this stay because they seemed significantly understaffed for Easter weekend/ Spring break. Waited 1hr and 22 minutes in line to get room keys AFTER confirming stay online. No express line for people to just get room keys or for a poor man in front of me whose room key wasn’t working after he had stayed there the first night. He waited in the SAME line for over an hr to get a working key card. However- despite their shift being slammed like that ALL DAY AND EVENING- the staff was courteous, professional and smiling for every guest. That’s an excellent mark of staff that understands customer service. Room reservation was for 4 people. Room slept up to 6. Only 3 sets of towels. When we asked for additional towels, after we had used them all, they were prompt but only delivered 3 more sets. No body wash in shower- the container was empty. Ice machine only seemed to be on the first floor. Perhaps they are getting new ones??? Overall a very good value for a family if 4 on a very busy weekend in Orlando. Have stayed there before and prob will again. Not looking for glamor just a clean room for 4 people. Bunk bed had full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. Small food court in lobby with ice cream and pizza. Movie theatre too!!

Housekeeping didn't service our room the entire stay and when we sought them out they were out of towels. Even when fully stocked, day of arrival, they do not provide hand towels or a bath mat. The shower has 2 temperatures, cold and luke warm. The floors are gross and the room smelled of urine. The front desk doesn't answer the phone. Half of the Waterpark is under constuction and the other half is not well maintained. After dark it sounded like a block party and we stayed on the "quiet side" away from the pool. It was very disappointing.
