House Rules & Policies:

1. Occupancy & Parking:
• No parties allowed.
• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests.
• Parking: Up to 2 cars in the driveway and 2 in the garage. No street parking after 6pm.
2. Safety & Conduct:
• Smoking prohibited on the property. Violation: $200 fine.
• No fireworks allowed. Violation: $200 fine.
• Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am.
3. Pool Alarm:
• Remotes available to deactivate pool alarms. If deactivated, press the lock button to reactivate. Use responsibly.
4. **There will be an additional $25 pet fee.
