They have a quick convenient store by check-in. They have a restaurant/bar area in lobby. The lobby is beautiful and great pool area.

The hotel is in need of updating. Our first room was very smelly. An unpleasant odor from the vent (mold?) Old carpets. Beds were comfortable. Hotel is clean. They moved us from our first room and upgraded us. Great location.

I did like when I asked for 2 cookies 1 for me and 1 for wife. The black girl at desk would not give only 1. I told her my wife is on the shuttle bus back to airport. She said that she couldn't because she needed them up coming guest.

This hotel was clean and the staff were awesome, very friendly and helpful. My room and the hotel itself were just mediocre. If they would put more effort in repairing things correctly instead of conveniently or cutting corners this hotel has the potential of being really nice (hole in the carpet in my room, my tub didn’t drain very well so the water pooled at my feet, tub looked stained & dirty, pillows looked & felt worn. I did love the scent of the bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided). The bed was super soft and very uncomfortable (I prefer firm beds). It was my first time staying at Hilton’s Double Tree, not sure I would stay here again, was not impressed.

We stayed here for our first time two days prior to our cruise and WOW. Property is meticulously leaned, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room and pool was fantastic. I honestly considered delaying my cruise for a couple more days here! Can’t wait to come back, and next time I plan on just staying here

Hotel is great and good value. Airport shuttle service was awful but once I finally arrived via a cab the front desk staff was wonderful and great at soothing a pissed off customer. But facility is wonderful

Personally it was not what I asked for, they should make it clear that it’s an inside balcony. The bathroom had hair inside of it…. I did not like that at all… this hotel didn’t hav robes, it was over priced for how is was the lobby is nice but that just makes the hotels the rooms were small, it was hard to work the tvs. My experience there was a 6 out of ten. Why tf am I paying for parking yall didn’t even wash my car.

The pool at this hotel was nice. Had to move to another room right away after our check in due to the tub clogging. Then same problem happened in the second room. Water wouldn’t go down. Besides that. The bed was comfortable. The staffs were friendly.
