I had a 3pm check in time slot but arrived early. The airport shuttle took minutes to come get me and I was able to check in early with a free upgrade to a king suite with a balcony. The complimentary chocolate walnut cookie was wonderful. Close to the airport, clean with lots of food options close by.

Thought the hotel has great amenities within and the room was comfortable, but the bed sheet duvet did not have a cover, and upon checkin the front desk employee seemed a bit uninterested. Checkout front desk employee was great and friendly, pool chairs were was comfortable and the pool itself was clean. Warm cookies were great free addition. Area around the hotel full of great restaurants and close to the airport, but not very easy to get around without a vehicle. Airport free shuttle was great and on time. Would stay here again.

I was abruptly awaken by an alarm at 7:00am. We just got off an international flight and needed some sleep. Only to nonchalantly be told by staff that it was a “false alarm”. We had to climb down 6 flights of stairs and go all the way outside and back up again because the elevators remained locked. Staff was unhelpful or accommodating. I am highly dissatisfied.

My daughter was given the coolies at check in and had an allergic reaction from the nuts in the cookie. The package should have the nuts content in bigger letters or it should be mentioned at check in. Almost ruined our vacation!

When I made the reservation on Expedia it said that breakfast was included and when I arrived at the hotel it was not and they also wanted to charge me an extra fee for it. They also charged me 100 dollars more than what I had paid for the reservation in total.

The air conditioner was blocked up and the room was freezing. No matter what I did it stayed VERY cold. Advised the front desk in the morning and they came with a hose and drained it, cleaned it and then it worked properly. Was not happy as I had my 88 year old mother with me to attend her brothers funeral who was 92. Was disappointed in what was already a sad situation. Thank you. Sandra

I had a very Nice stay at the Doubletree near the airport in Orlando, I mainly picked this hotel because of the Airport Shuttle. The shuttle driver, drove safely and was helpful with my bags. The check-in staff could not have been more accommodating and when I called the front desk for help with the Wi-Fi log in they went above and beyond to help me. Love that they have a Starbucks in the lobby as well as a hot breakfast in the restaurant. I would definitely return to this hotel. although I did not use the valet. They were Friendly and very helpful with directions for my next leg of the trip.

When booking the hotel room I wasn't able to select I wanted breakfast, even though they offer it. The selection was greyed out. When I checked in they didn't tell me I would need to obtain a promotional code from them for the WiFi. I had to go back down to the desk to get it. Room was fine. Bathtub had a hair in it and the tub floor was dirty.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Receptionist at the front was so kind, and even found us a room so we could check in over 4 hours early (not to mention the cookies are so good). Room was super clean and comfy, lots of restaurants around to pick from. Shuttle got us to and from the airport no issue. Leaving 4 stars just because my husband said he did not have any hot water when he showered, but I had hot water the night before. Would definitely stay again!

When we arrived in our room it was completely dirty and sheets had not been changed, body hair all over the sheets. I have so many photos. Unbelievable filth and since we had booked with a third party, they would only allow a room change. The “manager” didn’t apologize for the disgusting room. I would never stay here again!! Save yourself time and hassle by not booking third party and not reserving this Hilton at the airport hotel!!
