I had my ice maker not working and I had two call twice to get it fixed and both times the maintenance guy open my door without knocking and when I called and complained to the concierge, they said the manager was in a meeting and they hung up on me twice.. This is the second time I’ve visit the resort and I was extremely upset and unhappy with the staff and the service they have provided my bathroom shower, mold the air conditioner mold on the vents.. Also, the free drink that they give to you when you check in was lousy taste more like lemon and water than anything extremely unhappy, and I will not be staying here again…..

The property & amenities are excellent. The water park was a great option for anyone with children. The only thing I didn’t like was trying to find your way from your apartment to anywhere. The way it’s built is very inconvenient and difficult to navigate. The hallways really need some refreshing. Dirty carpets & flickering lights along with an elevator being down are just a few things noticeable. Overall we had a great stay and everyone on staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back!!

The condo was spacious and the lazy river and pools were nice. But the rooms nor the pools look like the pictures. I booked a 3 bedroom for 5 people and they only put 1 face towel and 2 bath towels in each bathroom. Called guest services and was told they had run out and didnt get towels until the next morning. Carpet stinks and they do the bare minimum for cleaning the rooms and bathrooms prior the arriving bc theres no housekeeping during the stay. I washed 2 loads of clothes the night before leaving and found out the dryer didnt work properly so had to pack damp clothes. The halls are a maze and they need better signage. For these reasons and location to theme parks I would not stay again nor recommend. Management, care as much about your guest experience inside the rooms as much as your ground upkeep outside. Towels are a hot commodity that your guests should always have access to. Your housekeeping needs a major overhaul. You built this huge resort, now staff it with the right amount of housekeeping to keep up with the work it takes to keep the rooms tidy such as dust the furniture,mop the floors, and clean the floor boards. Showers and toilet areas should be at the highest level of cleanliness,no HAIR!! Beds need fitted sheets!! Have extra blankets inside the condo.

It was impossible to get anyone who worked at the property to help us. We bought a cabana and someone sat in it. They wouldn’t move and security did nothing. The men in the cabana threatened my child. The hotel did nothing to resolve the matter and STILL CHARGED ME!! the handed me a QR code which takes me to the website. Zero help. Unsafe. Unfortunate because property was nice and “supposed to be kid friendly”

The majority of our experience at The Grove was excellent. The 2 bedroom suite was extremely spacious and contained all the publicized features. The pools and waterpark were excellent and the overall property was beautiful. It was nice to stay at a hotel that was not associated with the theme parks, but was close enough to Disney and Universal to make the drive bearable. The few downsides we experienced were enough to downgrade our rating from excellent to good. These included the lack of supplies provided in the room and the no maid service policy. For a room that had a 6 person capacity, we were provided 3 bath towels, 2 dishwasher detergents, and no additional paper products. Since housekeeping service is not provided unless you stay a minimum of 8 nights, we had to request these items as they became exhausted. This required a trip to the front desk, since no one answered the guest service line. Overall, our stay was great and we would stay there again, but I recommend that The Grove provides the adequate supplies based on guests length of stay and offers (complimentary) housekeeping service for shorter durations. We stayed for 7 nights, so we should have been offered periodic visits.
