"The hotel was right at the entrance to Zion National Park! The check in was super easy and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The property is at the base of the Watchman with the Virgin River running along the property. It is absolutely beautiful. We booked a suite with a king bed. The room was huge! There is an entry way with a bench and coat closet. The entry opens up to a living room with couch and tv. Off the living room, there is a huge kitchen and dining table. The kitchen had a full refrigerator, sink, stovetop and microwave. The bedroom was also spacious. The room was clean, well decorated, and cozy. Overall, we loved the location and room. The price was on the higher end, but worth the price for the views and location."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They made us feel comfortable and were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The hotel was also very nice and comfortable. We had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"When picking Flanagans, we were concerned about shuttle service, crowds, delays… We were lucky enough to go in late August when there were very little crowds. We were able to walk or even park at visitor center. However, if it had been crowded. Flannigan’s is a perfect location to walk to everything and avoid Springdale shuttles. Hotel was amazing – super clean, great pool, large double queen room, great restaurant, very friendly, helpful staff… Loved it would return again in a heartbeat."

"The location was perfect! Lots of restaurants to eat at in the surrounding area. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is a grab and go that included a breakfast sandwich with fruit and yogurt. Very well worth the price!"

"The Desert Pearl was the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything was so clean, quiet, peaceful, and lovely. The staff was most helpful and the cleaning services were great, we always came home to clean dishes and an organized room. The room comes with everything you could need and feels more like an AirBnB. The pool is amazing with excellent views, tables for eating, and is right next door to a restaurant. Right in front of the property is the shuttle for the park, which is just a 3 minute drive. The sheets and bed were comfortable, and I cannot say enough how clean the rooms were. Laundry on site as well. Just overall an amazing place with some cute animals roaming and a pretty river in the back. 10/10 stay will be back and recommend to others!!"

"The property is nice, but it wasnt cleaned very well. Upon arrival there was mouse poop in the pantry, trash behind shutters in basement, light bulbs burnt out, broken shutters, cabinent in laundry room and kitchen were broken, dust everywhere throughout the house, master bedroom had rotting rodent smell, carpets were stained and dirty."
