"The shuttle stops right in front of the motel. The restaurant on property is excellent ( BUT ask the price of the daily specials or you may be shocked)"

"Pros: The location was great, the little farm in the back was adorable, and the included breakfast was at a real restaurant-Porters- and it was delicious The staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. Room was not ready. We had just flown in and driven almost 3 hours, so that was frustrating. The room, as well as the furniture, were in DESPERATE need of updating. The bathroom - the sink and toilet were clean, but the shower had mold on the caulk where the wall met the floor of shower, and there was also mold on the ceiling. And the air conditioner did not work properly, so we did not sleep well. If the room was a bargain, I would not complain. But we booked a little more than a month before our trip and paid $330 per night! We unexpectedly ended up spending another night in Springdale on the other end of our trip and paid $100 less. The room was new, clean and comfortable. Unless you get a great rate, it is not worth it."

"This hotel is excellent in every possible way. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location to the park simply can not be beat. You just walk to the visitor center and shuttles. There is the outfitters right there to rent Narrows gear and there is a brew pub right there to hang out and get a drink and food after spending the day in the park. No, it's not the cheapest option but but it's not crazy either for where you are and what you get. You are paying for the amazing convience, service, location, accomodations that simply can not be beat at Zion. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and if I ever visited Zion again would be the only place I'd want to stay."

"Overall, not a bad stay. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means. It is a little expensive, but you are located in a good area. THERE IS NO FREE BREAKFAST included. You have to go to their restaurant to eat and it will cost about $50 per couple. There are better places within walking distance. The room was nice, albeit a bit small, but was clean. The pool was nice and some days overcrowded with kids. I probably would stay there again, but would have to get a better price."

"Spent 5 nights in a cabin at the ranch for a grad trip. Felt like a retreat!! The grounds were beautiful and my son loved the Pyrenees puppy family which roamed around the main area. Horseback at Sunset was picture perfect. Full moon, gorgeous landscape. Great location for our days in Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim. Already planning our next stay at the ranch. Oh, and the restaurant was delicious!"
