Forget your worries in this clean , modern space. Perfectly located on the border of downtown, 5 m drive to all sporting arenas. Walking distance to hospital, downtown, Island Lake trails & more. No rear neighbours unless you count the ones with fur or feathers, the perfect space to read a book or meditate. Too cold out, cozy up by the fireplace on the oversized couch w a blanket & a glass of wine or take a soak in the hot tub $ stare at the stars. Need something, just ask your host!
The space is bright, modern, renovated & on grade level. Vinyl flooring, full kitchen, bathroom w walk-in shower & glass doors. Large bedroom with no widow & double doors so you can sleep in darkness. Large open concept living and dining area area. Dedicated workspace, free wi-fi. Full queen bed with comfy sheets & duvet. Inside was good but this was not a house but a basement apartment, the entrance looked like a storage shed of equipment etc. If you expect to hang out in a private area by the hot tub, you might be disppointed
