"This was a great stay for our group. We utilised their airport transfer service, they were prompt and proactive with phone contact to arrange pickup and our room was open and ready when we arrived at the accommodation. Room was clean and had everything for our needs. Staff were friendly and super helpful right up to the Railway station transfer tne next morning. Would definitely stay again. Thanks "

"Hotel is extremely clean and staff amazing...super friendly and incredibly obliging. Great having kitchen facilities (we were there for 3 nights so it comes in handy having the use of utensils, wine glasses etc. Everything is quality...also great to be able to have Netflix. My only issue was (as we were there for 3 nights), it would've been nice to have a clearer view out of the windows instead into the wall of another building so that we could have our curtains open more. If we'd asked they probably would've moved us...but hey, I didn't so my bag. We love the place and will definitely be staying again. Helen "

"The room is clean. Walk 1.2 km to the nearly shopping centre or cafe. The hotel provides buffets breakfast only. The in-room service system didn’t work either. Love the welcome cookies. The Asian staff is particularly nice and very helpful."
