"We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The location of the property is excellent - a short walk to so many places in the central downtown area - tons of great restaurants nearby. The parking was easy and very convenient - inside parking garage parking spot. The building is new and the apartment is modern and up to date. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both a clothes washer and separate dryer. We were there in the winter and the heating worked well. The host was great at communicating. ...

"Beautiful & clean property will all amenities one might need. I loved the coffee machine & the stunning views of Hagley park. Great location at centre of town. No allocated parking but I had no trouble getting parking right outside the property each day. Only downside is that the property is on the 3rd floor with no lift option. I struggled a bit carrying my luggage up and down, but it was worth the trouble as the accommodation was beyond stunning. And I look forward to staying here in my future...
