Hotel staff was helpful. However, there are problems with my room keys (both) which never worked at the parking garage. I had to call in for assistance every single time we had to leave the garage or come back to the garage.
We couldn't figure out how to turn on the water in the shower. After standing in the shower for 5 minutes and trying different ways to turn the water on, we finally got the water on. Instructions would be very nice for guests in the future.
Staff in the Bar took my credit card the first night we were there without explaining why he had to keep the card, or if we were going to get drinks. We did not get any alcoholic beverages, we only order food. We waited a long time before another staff walked by us, and we asked about the credit card. The staff who took my card finally came back with the check for our food. His attitude was not friendly at all.
Having to pay $28 a day for parking, we find the parking garage very inconvenient. It was quite a walk from the hotel to the parking garage, and at night, we did not feel safe because of the distance as well as the lack of lighting.
