Arrived late due to flight delays and no one was available to check in late. It took about 45 mins to get a hold of someone to open the door. The last 2 days the hot water went out. I will not ever stay here.

It’s very clean property with very friendly staff and manager. Everything is modern compared to where I work as a Manager. I will be sending customers her whenever we are overbooked even though it’s few minutes away from Disneyland.

I don’t know much about the OC & didn’t want to spend a lot of money. The rating noted pretty high, so I took a chance. That was the 1st mistake. Trying to be cheap & I got a cheap lodging experience. The location is not in the nice part of OC. Reception area looks very shady. There is a regular household desk in a plain questionable lobby. Signage was not very clear to direct to lobby. The man @ front desk keep referring to room payment as rent.🤔 This establishment, from the outside, looks like a front for something else. Room: Cracked mirror, TV only had 1 channel. Check out is crazy strict. I have traveled internationally & never have experienced the air & TV being shut off. All of the bags were packed & we were just about to check out & a man @ the reception was literally banging on our door @ 11am. The way they control the rooms is like a 3rd & 4th world country. I recommend staying here if you’re desperate.

Objectively, if the owner was more service oriented, this would have been a decent stay if you’re just looking for a secluded and private place to sleep. As a night shift nurse, I called before booking to see if they’d honor a late check out bec. I get off at 6A and sleep until 4P before my next shift. I was told over the phone he couldn’t confirm that but to speak with the owner upon arrival to see if he’d work with me before committing to the stay, as I had alternatives in place if they didn’t. When I got there, aside from the fact there was a printed piece of paper with instructions to use a diff. door, hung on literally every door making it extremely confusing to enter, I was finally let in by another guest and owner was at the desk, albeit looking like he just woke up, without a welcome or “I’ll be right with you."After about 5 minutes of standing, it was my turn to check in and before I gave him my card I clearly spoke up and mentioned that I was told to speak with Nick about accommodating a late 5pm checkout, to which he looked at me and shook his head okay without a word and held out his hand for my card. Now after a long shift in the NICU and before yet another, I get a call at 11:30 saying I need to check out or pay for another night in the hotel. After going back and forth with him, he said that there was a misunderstanding but he refused to work with me and was very curt with his statements. Because of this, I had to wake up and leave to another hotel.

Seemed like it was new in the photos. The room seemed newly renovated but the linings were gross. The Blankets, bed lining, bath towels and all were filthy. They all had hair, and yellow/orange stains. It was genuinely filthy. I have photos. They also had limited parking and you would have to park on the street which we ended up doing.

There is no way this hotel is a 9…that had to be friends and family rating it. I mean it was a decent hotel but not a 9, maybe a 5 out of 10. The sheets had a dirty almost sticker glue on them, the mirror behind tv was broke and the shower was a little dirty. Again, not an awful experience; it was a decent (very modern) room but we wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel was very nice over all. Our room had some issues, like the shower head that didn’t work and the broken speakers on our tv, but I would definitely stay again.
