Cinthia and Paloma guided us to enjoy the Cenote at night, and the river and pools during the morning. The restaurant's staff was also super nice, and the food was really good. "I don't have any complaints or issues. The grounds are gorgeous. The tropical ambience is truly the real thing. Swimming pool. Restaurant and bar on the grounds! Even massages are offered. The private cabins or huts are so charming and I slept like a baby. If you're high maintenance or 5 star you might check other options but for me. It's a win win staycation that I'm going to do often!"

"Wonderful staff and a fantastic pool. The location is amazing with view over the jungle with Mayan ruins visible in the distance. The food is great home cooked and good for the kids too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The front of the hotel needs a lick of paint but when you consider all of the other great things about this hotel it gets top marks from us. The staff were attentive and the grounds were pretty - access to the ruins is very easy and close. The beds were comfortable, the showers good and the air conditioning worked well. The only thing I would suggest is putting some furniture on the balcony for us although we had chairs inside to pull outside. The views are spectacular and to have some nice lounge chairs on the balcony would have been perfect. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and cute. Lazy river short course but very nice. The Place has a good size pool. Restaurant’s dinner food a bit pricey but was delicious. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. "

We had three delicious meals served in very lovely spaces. The pools looked great but it wasn’t hot enough to swim. It is a very quiet, restful environment."
