"Except for the room being quite dark due to its location, this hotel was perfect for Vienna first timers visit. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We felt safe going out to the numerous choice of places for coffee, lunch dinner. Uber was great for visiting sites a little outside of the city."

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was across from the elevator but did not hear any noise. They have a Nespresso in the room with coffee pods but no tea offered. There is no kettle in the room so to get hot water, I had to go to the front desk with my thermal mug to have them fill it from the bar. There was a 1 L bottle of water in the room but it was only complimentary if you booked your stay directly through the hotel. I confirmed with the front desk that as I used a booking site, I would have to pay for the water. First time I’ve encountered this in a hotel stay. "

"The Hotel Bellevue was in a great location. Trams stopped frequently in the street just outside the hotel's front doors. Also a train station was quite nearby. Getting anywhere in the city was so convenient. Regarding the hotel itself, it was great! The room was spacious and well maintained. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room. There were many options available in the breakfast buffet and everything served fresh. It was a delight to just wander down to the breakfast room and start each day! "
