The property was excellent clean. The staff were friendly but very helpful and accommodating The hotel is about 3-4 kilometres from the city centre and is easily accessible by public transport which takes about 40 minutes

This is a very affordable hotel for Vienna. My room was on the upper floor and had angled windows with a nice view of the sky, and was quite clean.

Not particularly great for a 4star hotel, was a let down. One thing to note is they let external folks get breakfast so it ends up being extremely crowded like a fish market. Staff was helpful, but property was really average and not much to say about amenities.

Hotel Senator is close to public transportation to and from everything you have to visit or see, from the local bus terminal (U3 to Tram 9) to downtown Vienna （Tram 43) to the airport (Trams 9 and 2 and Train S7). It is also close to a local Ldle supermarket

The staff were rude, acting like they couldn’t care any less. The rooms smelt of mould, cigarette smoke and something I cannot put my finger on. I had to leav me all the windows and the door open for an hour to air the room. The carpet had seen better days and I could not bear to put my feet on what they considered clean shower floor. Absolute rip off of a hotel and they have the balls to charge over USD $100 a night.

Great little hotel - clean convenient comfortable

Clean and convenient little hotel with good amenities in a walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transit. There are also many options for food and basic shopping for necessities. The hotel is very quiet and a really good value.

This seems very popular with young people. Bus loads of students checked in. Though the lobby was busy, our room on the top floor was quiet. It’s on a very busy road which means lots of shops and restaurants but also constant traffic. The tram stop is nearby giving easy access to the city centre. The location is also very convenient for Schloss Schonbrun. Vienna is an expensive city but in my opinion this hotel is a great value.

The property is located is such a way that it is very easy to travel to Centre city, as the tram is a short walk away. The rooms were maintained daily and the staff was very friendly.

Overall we are very satisfied with this hotel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are good - a bit dated here and there - the breakfast is great. Beds were comfortable enough. The location is also okay, not in the city centre but very close to public transport (bus and tram).
