Handy place for our stay, close your the city but far away enough to stay quiet

This was my third visit here during my trip to Adelaide, and I was completely satisfied in every way. I’ll definitely be back.

Good location on Rundle Mall. We were just there for one night & checked in after hours, which was easy enough - you just call a phone number provided in an email. Parking was already validated for us, in the Wilson’s carpark, so that was really helpful. Cute little touches in the room such as hot chocolate sachets & Tim tams! The toiletries provided in the bathroom were really nice too. The bed & pillows were comfy & the room was cosy. It had everything we needed for a night’s stay. If you’re after coffee in the morning, there’s a little coffee kiosk in the Adelaide Arcade. Check out was easy, as the keys were just put back in the lock box. Security deposit was refunded quickly too, most places take ages to refund this, so that was great too.

We were in a king suite which was spacious. Free wifi was good. Staff were exceedingly helpful. We had asked in advance for early check-in and a lower level room since there was renovation of the bar and pool happening during our stay. These were both all set when we arrived. The full breakfast was plentiful and varied. The downtown location was convenient, although Hindley St in that area was not what we expected - it has lots of drinking facilities, massage parlours, convenience stores, and take away food places to walk through before getting to the Rundle Mall area (with major department stores and supermarkets). But the area felt safe. We could get $10 off the price of the room if you skip having it serviced on a day, which is good for the environment too!.
