"This is a beautiful property located close to Normandy. It was a perfect place for us as a base from which to visit Omaha, Utah and Juno beaches, as well as the American and German cemeteries. The Hotel is in an elegant chateaux that has been converted into lovely rooms. We had a suite that was roomy and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Stunning grounds and gardens. A great pool. And the restaurant was over the top. Oliver and John are warm and friendly hosts. Elegant setting, amazing food and wines."

"Beautiful house in a stunning location. Close to all the D day landing beaches and museums and the Bayeux tapestry. Port en Bessin is a lovely town with some great restaurants and shops within minutes walking from the house. Parking was no problem and we even managed to get our large car into the garage, just. The Sunday market was fabulous and we had fireworks over the harbour on the Friday night. Regine was helpful with any questions we had. I can't recommend this house enough, such a lovely place and we would love to come back. The pictures don't do it justice. "
