"This rental was great! We had a quick weekend in town for an engagement party. This place was a quick drive to Wrightsville where the rest of our family was staying and was significantly less than places in wrightsville. The place was super clean and extremely convenient. The big yard was a huge plus since our dogs came. Overall would recommend and stay again!"
"The staff is wonderful. The room was the cleanest I've seen when visiting a hotel, Verbo or rental....ever! The motel is a short walking distance to the shore which includes your little private back porch, rocking chairs included. The room is fully supplied with pretty much everything you need, and the motel was very quiet, we had guests next door and around us and barely heard them. Plus, and most importantly, they allow dogs!!"
"Beautiful, clean, welcoming property! Everything was great, had awesome " home amenities", we didnt use much of those things,but great for on hand if needed. Also, while not ocean front property as everyone seeks, it was just a short 5 min easy walk to beach you could glimse the water thru the houses and definately hear it! Had beach towels, a wagon beach chairs and some other accessories made it nice we didnt have to bring these types of things if you dont want and can use thiers n easier to use the wagon!Nice, quite neighborhood. Plenty of hot water. The beds are comfy, master bathroom tub was a plus. "
"When we arrived at the condo, the floors were well cleaned and all the counters and surfaces seemed wiped down. the sheets and towels were all fresh and clean which was very nice. some of the dishes had food still on them but I can't really hold that against the rental agency. All-in-all the condo was in decent condition. You can tell it's an older building so it has a charm to it that new ones don't. My biggest concern was the floors: they were tile flooring throughout the condo and the grout had come loose on a lot of tiles. so as you were walking you could feel the tiles shifting below your feet. Other than that, the condo was great. Also, Some things to know first off, the condo is smaller, there is no dishwasher, and the walls are thin. But, the quality of the condo is all about what you make of it. A smaller area means closer time with your family/friends. the price point on this condo was great and the walk to the beach from the front door was short and easy. not to mention you will be a 5 minute walk to the town where you can enjoy mini golf, a skating rinc, and plenty of stores and restaurants. "

"We had a wonderful time at Brian & Hannah’s property! The house was spotless, decorated with taste and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! They had beach chairs, a wagon, and even two bikes to take a stroll around the neighborhood. The check-in process was great and we would love to come back again! Thank you for a great stay!"
