"We enjoyed this clean and cozy property close to the Scotts Hill area of Wilmington during New Years holiday. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas. We enjoyed the kitchen and enclosed patio area that allowed us to spread out. Our host was very responsive and provided a list of local recommendations and house instructions in a binder which was helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again. Please note the washer and dryer are located in the garage which was fine for our group but may be an issue for some as the 3 steps leading down into the garage are quite steep. Also, no extra towels or washcloths were available- one towel per guest - so pack accordingly. "

"We had a fantastic stay. Communication was excellent and the home was outstanding. The historic downtown , Towne Center and Wrightsville Beach were all conveniently located to the house.It was perfect for our family get together to celebrate the holiday. We would definitely stay again "
