"Lovely time and a quiet comfortable stay. The decor is very inviting for relaxation and taking a break. The screened in porch was our favorite spot in the house and the AC is phenomenal (we have n in-air conditioned house on the beach). Everything was neat and tidy and in good repair. We now call it “Home-Sweet-Hampstead.” Great location to check out the local offerings both on Topsail Island and in neighboring locales. Host was accommodating, kind and a clear communicator. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful beach, pool, and sound. Quiet, clean, family and dog friendly neighborhood. The home was in a great location, and had alot of great beach gear already available. The owner was very easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that I think it could use an extra deep cleaning more often."

"We had a great week at this property. Very comfortable home. Amazing views. It's a boater's dream..easy access to a good boat ramp..and fuel docks...From the dock - you can get to the southern end of Topsail Island in under 10 minutes...We had a great week exploring the area by water. Our favorite spot was the northern end of Lea-Hutaff island. Lots of places you can beach or anchor...and then basically have a private beach to yourself. Spent hours down on the dock / covered pavillion watching boats go by..."

Everything was thoughtfully labeled and organized, which made settling in effortless. Knowing we were staying in such a clean, safe, and well-cared-for space gave us complete peace of mind throughout our vacation.The house truly felt like a home away from home. It was warm, cozy, and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for quality family time.
