"Our first room was not cleaned when we went in so they moved us to another room. In the new room there was no body wash in the shower. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options and what was there was dry and tasted old. There were no towels in the pool area and when asked they brought hand towels not even big enough to dry off a 6 year old! Not the experience we are used to for this brand of hotel. "
