"I would say that this is the best location for visiting Riga's old town and the parks in the center of the city. It is very conveniently located, not too loud either. I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy.
