"The room was beautiful and had a very nice touches, the soaps, shampoo and conditioner, the mini bar was amazing and they had a complimentary glass of champagne and water and oats. The bathroom was so cool, the mirror was lighted and there was a "rain" shower head. The front desk staff was so kind and even in the Artisan, I got in there pretty close to closing abd still accommodated me with kindess. Also will be a day to always remember and the suite as well because we got engaged here on 1-22-2026."

"Apartment was clean and had nice touches. Really enjoyed being able to stay in and cook when we had blizzard conditions outside. Even had 2 options for opening the wine bottles, nice! The condo maintenance team was amazing, repeatedly cleaning snow from the sidewalks and putting down salt."

"Property was very nice inside. The 2 bathroom outlets did not work and there was no towel bar in the bathroom to hang used towels. Other than that, we found the place to be very clean and well appointed."
