  • Brand new condo in the heart of beautiful Traverse City! Short walk to all shops, restaurants, bars, and theaters. Best location to explore this amazing city.
    Condo is located steps from Cherry Festival Parade route and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.
    Come enjoy Traverse City as a local would!


    Parking Instructions
    Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
    FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
    Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
    Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.
