"We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and offered a great view of the city. It was very spacious, and the bathroom was large and stocked with all the amenities we needed. It even included a bathrobe, which was a nice touch. The room also came with two complimentary water bottles (as indicated by a sign) and complimentary coffee pods; everything else was available for purchase. We used the valet service and would recommend requesting your vehicle ahead of time, especially during busy periods, as it can take a little while for them to bring it up. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"My wife and our two kids stayed at Château Cartier Hotel & Resort for a Family Day long weekend combined with Valentine’s Day — a perfect opportunity to ski and step away from our daily routine. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and having TVs in both rooms, which allowed us to relax and watch the Winter Olympics together in the evenings. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa located on the ground level. My wife and I spent Saturday there from 5 pm to 10 pm, and it was exactly what we needed — relaxing, well-maintained, and a great atmosphere. One of our absolute favourite features was the ritual sessions in the dry sauna — something my wife and I truly adore whenever we attend spas. It added a special and elevated touch to the entire experience. The spa bar and the lobby bar both offered excellent cocktails, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. The hotel is close to Mont Cascades for skiing and near the Rideau Canal for ice skating, making it a great choice for a winter family getaway. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return."
