My kids loved walking down to the water, there’s even enough yard for the kids to run around. The backyard had beautiful sunsets. House was very clean with enough room for everyone. "Quaint and cute, newly remodeled home just steps to downtown Wickford for shopping and restaurants. Short drive to town beach and playground. Blending the old with new bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen/appliances. High ceilings, new windows and refurbished hardwoods. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. Very quiet with marsh view. Our family stayed here 4 days for our daughter’s wedding Sept 2025. Lots of space for bride and bridesmaids to get ready. Large parking lot. Home does have 13 steps to enter and the primary bedroom/bath is up another flight. Host very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend staying here. *The home is difficult to locate even with gps as it is behind another building "
