"Overall, the stay was good, but there was one major issue. The air conditioning in the room was turned off and only the heater was available. Because the room was on a higher floor with a lot of sunlight, the temperature went up to around 30ยฐC, which made it very uncomfortable. I asked the reception for help, and they offered to bring up a fan, but unfortunately it didnโ€™t make much of a difference."
