This is a safe place for families. Wonderful staff, clean with a modern look. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. This hotel and staff earned a Five Star rating.

I’m traveling now and I have stayed multiple hotels and resorts. This hotel was the worst in my life. 1. Soundproof: I had to bear sound by a couple all night long next door and I felt like I was with them. 2. Service: I was there in Korea for medical purpose and sometimes I didn’t want to be disrupted and have room cleaning later but it was hard to have after 3:30pm. 3. It says laundry is free but the dryer was not working well. It’s better charging and having a better dryer than not working free dryer. 4. Swimming pool: I chose the hotel for outdoor infinity swimming pool. It was not a swimming pool. It was just a water bath for toddlers. Hope they indicate it on its website and the other booking portals.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The amenities, including the pool(it was closed) and fitness center, were top-notch.. Great location close to everything I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back!
