We had a great stay! Was nice to have a gym and free laundry - came in handy throughout our stay. Room was very comfortable and modern, with floor to ceiling windows. Location was right in the middle of a great area in town with lots of restaurants and things to do.

Hotel is well located near buses and subway, clean and new, with super helpful staff. However, there was construction next door, which made it noisy starting around 7am. There are coffee places and restaurants and that meant some garage piled up on the street.

During my stay, it was notably noisy due to ongoing refurbishment of a building right next to the hotel. Additionally, the room's Wi-Fi was only usable within the room itself, which can be inconvenient if you need to download something and step out. While the breakfast was decent, the selection was somewhat limited.

A hidden gem

I am visiting my family in Suwon from Canada with my two kids and needed somewhere quickly to stay for two nights before moving in to a place where we will stay for the summer. I found Hotel Arte on Hotels.com by chance and I feel like I found a hidden gem!! This hotel lives up to its name with some nice modern paintings in the lobby and the state-of-art services by staff. I was impressed with the room we stayed in too - clean and firm beds and practical amenities (it is so clear that they think about everything for theirs guests). I was hesitant to book the hotel first because it is located in the middle of very busy restaurants and pubs clustered area. But we felt safe and quiet enough and having a convenient store 10 meters away from its back entrance was a nice bonus. I will recommend the Hotel Arte to anyone and will definitely come back in the future.
